The Public Interest Disclosure Act requires public sector organizations to report annually on the disclosures received relating to those organizations, whether the disclosures were investigated, and the outcomes of those investigations. To uphold the transparent operation of the Act and to assist with the accessibility of those reports, the Ombudsperson has proactively compiled links to those organization’s publicly available reports.

We will add additional reports as organizations covered under the Act make them available.
