Questionnaire for education professionals
This questionnaire is for all educational professionals, including teachers, educational assistants, principals and vice principals, speech and language pathologists, occupational therapists, psychologists, teachers of deaf and hard of hearing, physiotherapists, counsellors, nurses and others.
If you work with students in BC’s K-12 public schools, your experiences are important to us. We want to hear about:
- the challenges you face in supporting students with diverse needs
- what’s working well – your success stories and best practices

Is my participation confidential?
Yes. Your responses are confidential. We will not share your name, your identity, or the identity or any students you mention wit the Ministry of Education, any school district, or anyone else. If we include information from your responses in our public report, it will be anonymous – no one will know who shared it.
Under section 16 of the Ombudsperson Act, you are also protected from retaliation for participating in our investigation. If you believe you have faced negative consequences because you took part in this survey or shared information with us, please contact us.
