We can investigate complaints about ICBC (The Insurance Corporation of BC). Before you make a complaint to us, we want to make sure you’ve tried to resolve your complaint directly with the people involved. Here’s the complaint information for you and some tips on how to make your complaint.

How to Complain to ICBC

If you have a complaint about ICBC’s services you can contact their Fair Practices Office. They may be able to resolve your concerns directly or refer you to other available options.

If you feel that ICBC staff have not treated you fairly – and haven’t been able to resolve your concerns through their Fairness Practices Office – you can raise your concerns with the Fairness Officer.

ICBC decisions regarding driver’s licences can be appealed to the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles (RoadSafetyBC).
