BC Assessment

We can investigate complaints about BC Assessment. Before you make a complaint to us, we want to make sure you’ve tried to resolve your complaint directly with the people involved. Here’s how to file your complaint with BC Assessment as well as some tips on how to make your complaint.

How to make a complaint about BC Assessment

Many concerns can be resolved through discussion with BC Assessment staff outside of the formal complaint and appeal process. If you are still not satisfied after discussing your concern, you may use the complaint and appeal process to have your assessment independently reviewed.
