We have jurisdiction over BC municipalities, Regional Districts, Improvement and Water Districts, Public Libraries, Regional Park Boards, and the Islands Trust. Before you make a complaint to us, we want to make sure you’ve tried to resolve your complaint directly with the people involved. How to Complain about a Municipality

Contact your local government directly to register your concerns if you haven’t already done so. If you aren’t sure who to contact, try the following options:
