How to Make a Complaint About Vancouver Coastal Health

If you have concerns about the quality of care you or a loved one received you can contact the Patient Care Quality Office for Vancouver Coastal Health. If you’re unsure which health region you/your loved one resides in, please go here.

If you are not satisfied with how your complaint was dealt with by the Patient Care Quality Office you may request a review by the Patient Care Quality Review Board.
