The Public Interest Disclosure Act applies to current and former employees of BC government ministries, Crown corporations, health authorities, the K-12 public school system, and a number of other public sector organizations covered under the Act.
Employees are encouraged to speak with their supervisors and Designated Officers about specific questions relating to making a disclosure. Our staff are also here to answer any questions you may have and offer you advice.
