How to make a complaint to WorkSafeBC
If you disagree with a WorkSafeBC decision on a claim or assessment or enforcement matter you may request a Review by the WorkSafeBC Review Division.
WorkSafeBC Review Division decisions and certain other WorkSafeBC decisions may be appealed to the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal.
The independent Workers Advisers Office provides free advice and assistance to workers and their dependants on disagreements they may have with WorkSafeBC decisions.
