If you have a complaint about a Credit Union, you can contact the Financial Institutions Commission.

If you have contacted the Financial Institutions Commission and feel they have not dealt with your complaint fairly, you can make a formal complaint about the Financial Institutions Commission to us.

Tips for making a complaint

Ask to speak with a supervisor or manager

Clearly explain the issue and the outcome you seek

Keep track of who you speak to, when and what was said

Ask what appeal and review processes are available (be mindful of deadline and criteria)
