How to Complain to Provincial Health Services Authority

If you have concerns about the quality of care you or a loved one received you can contact the Patient Care Quality Office for your health region. If you are not satisfied with how your complaint was dealt with by the Patient Care Quality Office you may request a review by the Patient Care Quality Review Board.
