How to Make a Complaint about Interior Health
If you have concerns about the quality of care you or a loved one received you can contact the Patient Care Quality Office for Interior Health. If you’re unsure which health region you/your loved one resides in, please go here.
If you are not satisfied with how your complaint was dealt with by the Patient Care Quality Office you may request a review by the Patient Care Quality Review Board.
Please contact us directly if you don’t think it would be appropriate for us to require you to go through an available complaint or review process before we consider your complaint. We can consider your specific circumstances before we decide – including the urgency of your complaint or any disabilities or barriers you may be experiencing.
