How to Complain about Credit Unions

If you have a complaint about a Credit Union, you can contact the Financial Institutions Commission. If you have contacted the Financial Institutions Commission and feel they have not dealt with your complaint fairly, you can make a formal complaint about the Financial Institutions Commission to us.

Clearly explain the issue and the outcome you seek

Keep track of who you speak to, when and what was said
