Strategic Planning Survey
The Office of the Ombudsperson is working on a new strategic plan that will map out our goals and determine how we will get there over the next five years.
Strategic planning processes establish the organizational vision, long-term priorities and service goals that set the stage for continuous improvement and accountability.
Our planning process is consultation-focused. It is an opportunity for us to engage with all of our valued stakeholders to help ensure public services are delivered fairly to all British Columbians.
In particular, we want to better understand the public’s awareness and understanding of our office, identify barriers to access – and gather information on the experiences you may have had with us.
