Interpretation Services

The Office of the Ombudsperson’s services are not limited based on residency, citizenship or language. What matters when considering a complaint is the complaint itself – anyone who feels they have been treated unfairly by a provincial public authority can come to us.

Callers unfamiliar with English may take advantage of confidential, professional telephone interpretation services available in more than 150 languages. Our intake staff will ask the caller to state their preferred language in English.

Chinese (Simplified) 我们可提供保密和专业的普通话口译服务,您只需会用英语说“Mandarin”(普通话)。

Un service d’interprétation téléphonique confidentiel et professionnel est offert en français. Dites simplement « French » en anglais.

Filipino May confidential at professional interpretation services na makukuha sa Tagalog/Taglish. Maghandang sabihin sa Ingles ang pangalan ng wikang sinasalita mo.
Korean 비밀이 보장되는 전문 통역 서비스가 한국어로 제공됩니다. 영어로 “코리언”이라고 말씀하시기만 하면 됩니다.
